🎀 Next Day Shipping: Orders will be sent the next day, weekdays only excluding public holidays.

🎀 Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email or text once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Rates💗

🎀 Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on ALL orders over $150 AUD. 

🎀 Standard Shipping: $10.95 delivery (2-8 business days).

🎀 Express Shipping: $14.95 delivery (1-3 business days). 

PICK UP AVAILABLE💗
Local pickup in Camp Hill available 7 days a week. Please message us via Instagram @isabelasbeautybar to arrange a day & time and the address will be provided.


Return & Refund Policy💕

🎀 Incorrect Item: If you have ordered the wrong product/s contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Customer will receive an exchange only.
Items must not be opened/used and must be in original condition/packaging to be approved for a return & exchange.

🎀 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a refund is approved, return shipping will be deducted from the customers refund amount.

🎀 Refund Eligibility: No refunds will be given if products have been opened or used. Products must be returned in the same condition as when you received them.

🎀 Refund Deadline:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to request a refund.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

🎀 Refund Process: Once your product is returned and approved, a refund will be transferred to your original payment method. This may take up to 7 days. 

Non-Refundable Items include Lash courses and sale items

 

Order Cancellation (Before Fulfilment)💗
If your order hasn’t been packed & shipped yet, you may request a refund minus transaction & processing fees (Shopify Payments Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD + GST).


Damaged Products or Delays💗 If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of opening your parcel to resolve this. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed parcels once shipped. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame please contact isabelasbeautybar@gmail.com & Australia Post.

Exchanges💗

Exchanges are only offered if the desired item is in stock. If the product is available you will need to return your item/s first. Once the product is received & condition is approved by us, we will ship you out the exchanged product (customers responsibility to pay for shipping).
